Return Process

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your return request.

If the product arrived damaged, please provide clear photographs of the packaging and the honey jars to assist with our quality control review.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Ensure the honey is packed securely in its original shipping box to prevent any leakage or breakage during the return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected at our New Zealand facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
